All meetings are held at the TTNFC Office at 8049 N Huetter Road, Coeur d’ Alene ID 83815.

 

Individual teams can contact their Board Rep parent volunteer to access the Board Meeting minutes.


*This meeting will serve as our Annual Club Meeting where an update on the atmosphere of our club and club soccer are for the coming season. Club directors and current board members will be present to provide details for the upcoming year. The AGM also serves as an opportunity for TTNFC parents to consider joining the board of directors. We welcome those individuals who are willing to share their time, talents, and ideas in advancing club. There are open board positions each year, positions carry
with them a 2-year term.

 

General Rules:

  1. Any parent who has an athlete registered for th ecurrent season is eligible.

  2. If interested you must email the TTNFC President, president@timbersthornsnorthfc.com

  3. You must also email the office,  office@timbersthornsnorthfc.com

  4. In the email, please provide your intent to run for the board, a brief statement about why you are running for the board, and what you believe you would bring to the board.

  5. Your email must be received 30 days prior to the AGM.

  6. During the AGM, you will be given the chance to give a quick speech to those in attendance about yourself and what skills you would bring to the board.

  7. Once all speeches have been completed, ballots will be marked by members who are in attendance and votes will be counted.

  8. Each family in attendance with a currently registered athlete will receive 1 ballot. They can then vote for 1 person for each board vacancy.
