Team Check-In

The tournament check-in is very easy. You will need to enter your roster into GotSoccer no later than April 26th.  If changes need to be made after that date or if you have any questions, please contact Jonni at the Timbers-Thorns North FC office (office@timbersthornsnorthfc.com).  All players and coaches on the roster must be registered under USYSA or US Club Soccer.  All player registration cards for a team must be issued by the same association, including guest players.

 

  • It will be up to the manager/coaches to have laminated player cards at every game in case there are any questions regarding your players or coaches.

  • We will not check medical releases – however for the safety of your players, coaches/managers need to carry one for every player.

  • At check-in you will pick up 5 stamped game rosters that we will print out in advance, and your tournament packets.

  • No check-in at the fields.  All teams must check-in at the TTNFC office (8049 N. Huetter Road, Coeur d’Alene) during the hours noted below.

  • Teams wishing to check-in early and avoid the lines will be able to check-in on Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 2pm to 6pm.

  • General check-in will be on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 2pm-8pm, and Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 6:30am-8am. 

  • NO CHANGES TO GAME ROSTER ONCE TEAMS CHECK-IN HAS BEEN COMPLETED! 

  • ALL teams must check-in PRIOR to either 90 minutes before the start of the first scheduled game or before the end of check-in on Saturday, May 11that 8am, whichever is earlier.
